Did you know you had options? According to an article in Huffington Post, What You Need To Know About Obamacare's Individual Mandate (And How Much It Costs To Ignore It), there are 14 categorized exemptions that will keep you from the fee penalty of the Individual Mandate for not having insurance coverage for 2014. Great news, right? Maybe.
It solves one problem only, no fees will be taken out of your next years taxes. So where does this leaves you as far as coverage goes? According to the Obamacare representative at Healthcare.gov, "we recommend you go to community health clinics". Not a win-win situation. Matter of fact, for the 20% that do not have healthcare, you find yourself in the same predicament you were in before Obamacare was even presented, a catch 22.
As the saying goes, "damned if you do, damned if you don't". So what are your options when there really are no options?
Just like the exemptions are not widely known even though it is sort of in your face, there is a law on the books, so to speak, that has not been implemented.
The Law: National Economic Security and Reformation Act, 2000, otherwise known as N.E.S.A.R.A. or the Reformation Act. Yes, I've talked about it before. And once again, we need to be informed. It is our right to demand Congress and our Congressmen put this law into affect or implement it.
So let's do a review:
N.E.S.A.R.A. implements the following changes:-
- Zeros out all credit card, mortgage, and other bank debt due to illegal banking and government activities
- Abolishes income tax
- Abolishes IRS; creates 14% flat rate non-essential "new items only" sales tax revenue for government
- Increases benefits to senior citizens
- Returns Constitutional Law to all our courts and legal matters.
- Establishes new Presidential and Congressional elections within 120 days after NESARA's announcement
- Monitors elections and prevents illegal election activities of special interest groups
- Creates new US Treasury currency, "rainbow currency," backed by gold, silver, and platinum precious metals
- Initiates new U.S. Treasury Bank System in alignment with Constitutional Law
- Eliminates the Federal Reserve System
- Restores financial privacy
- Retrains all judges and attorneys in Constitutional Law
- Ceases all aggressive, US government military actions worldwide
- Establishes peace throughout the world
- Initiates first phase of worldwide prosperity distribution of vast wealth which has been accumulating for many decades. Every American citizen over the age of 21 will receive $100,000 a month for 11 years. The law requires that the farmers' claims be paid first before the general public receives funds. Remember, these funds will come from the Level 5 Trust, bank roll programs.
- Releases enormous sums of money for humanitarian purposes
- Enables the release of new technologies such as free energy devices, pollution cleanup, and sonic healing machines.
Understand N.E.S.A.R.A. is real. Why hasn't it been implemented? If you were one of the Powers that Be would you want it to be implemented? It strips the current government of it's power, corruption, and changes the whole way we live. Not only would healthcare be affordable, the sonic healing machines will make the need for health insurance obsolete.
Neither Republicans or Democrats have a solution for Obamacare, other than to debate and attack each party on the worth or worthlessness of the health insurance plan. And then on the other hand, you are expected to be grateful to have some type of coverage at all. Mind you I am not against Obamacare. It does what it needs to do which is making sure the ones who were denied healthcare because of pre-existing conditions can get coverage at the same rate or some rate close to it.
The time for N.E.S.A.R.A. is now. It is time for WE ARE THE PEOPLE to demand with one voice "WE WANT NESARA".
